We are a web development team focusing on building rich database applications. Today's Content Management Systems (CMS) provide powerful tools to manage web pages, blogs, e-commerce sites and other features. They commonly provide a layer of security and user roles to enable web site managers to control design and access of web objects. Our goal is to provide value added software for businesses in engineering, accounting, and academic environments beyond that offered in their current CMS packages. We want to extend your existing business portals to more users inside and outside your organization and provide web application solutions.

Many organizations rely on prepackaged web server solutions that provide some, but not all, of the web site features it hopes to provide to its users. Often the business is forced to adapt to methodologies, presentations, and accessibility features that are provided by the software. By doing so, businesses are forced to do things someone else’s way. As a result, control and access of database data in particular may be too constricted or overly accessible. User roles previously defined by the company may no longer fit the roles required and/or offered by the new software.

Our latest development is the Zizbee Webkit Web API. It is a RESTful web service built with client-server separation and Model-View-Controller architecture (MVC) in mind. The Zizbee Webkit helps provide a server portal to business information that can be customized and built quickly. Most importantly, businesses can maintain tight control over how their user roles are created and defined and match them to processes they currently use.

A defining feature of the Zizbee Webkit is enhanced and configurable Role Based Access Control (RBAC). The Zizbee Webkit’s RBAC features are the standout ingredient to its web service compared to other web services.
